Terms
Check or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
To those with established credit with Pound's Nursery, Inc., terms are net
30. Any unpaid balance after 30 days bears interest at 2% or 24% annually.
For new customers until credit becomes established, terms are 50% deposit
upon confirmation of order and the balance C.O.D. upon delivery or pickup.
All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of stock by telephone and
in writing.
Orders are accepted and confirmed subject to conditions beyond our control.
Proof of tax exempt form is required.
Prices are F.O.B. Nursery.
Delivery
Pound's Nursery can arrange trucking by semi truck loads.
Unloading - All time over 2 hours will be $50.00 per hour unless previously
arranged. Customer must provide employees and equipment to unload semi. You are
also welcome to pick up. |
